The adventure begins with the party arriving at the island of Ooaahhuu aboard the Burning Dragon. The island, once a lush tropical paradise, has been transformed into a decaying, sickly swamp. Captain Bastion refuses to set foot on the island, leaving the party to go ashore in a small boat. The party is tasked with returning the "Eye of Water" to its rightful place in a statue of the goddess Pele and sealing it with the blood of Count Ibilis to lift the curse. They are immune to the blight's effects due to their prior experiences at Vierme Manor.
Upon arrival, the party encounters the islanders, who are suspicious of outsiders and wary of the growing dangers. A Mutated Fungi Hulk attacks the village, and after the party helps defeat it, they are escorted to the Babylon, a one-eyed cron who is a guardian of the island. The Babylon reveals that the blight is no mere disease but a direct consequence of the stolen Eye of Water. She explains that the island is now home to two opposing sisters: herself, Babylon, who strives to preserve the island, and the Cron, who embraces its decay. The party must convince the Babylon of their sincere intentions to return the eye, after which she will guide them through the treacherous swamp to the temple entrance.
The party's journey through the swamp leads them to the temple entrance, which is blocked by a magical landslide. The Cron, the witch who caused the landslide, awaits in a nearby hut, ready to deceive the party and steal the Eye of Water for her purposes. The party must defeat the Cron and her fungal servants to gain access to the temple tunnels. Inside the temple, they must solve puzzles, navigate a fungal maze, and overcome a final challenge to reach the central chamber and the statue of Pele. The adventure culminates as a single player ascends the statue to return the eye and seal the curse with Ibilis’s blood, after which a wave of warmth washes over the party, mending their wounds and lifting any lingering curses. The adventure ends as the island begins to heal, and a new storm brews on the horizon, hinting at future adventures.
